Return and Refund Policy:
1. Returns: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@BodySchoolDance.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you receive your RMA number, please securely package the item(s) and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item(s) back to us at the address provided with your RMA number.
3. Refunds: Upon receiving your returned item(s) and verifying their condition, we will process your refund within [number of 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and any return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
